This crew came to a deck eaten up by a power washer gone wild. They sanded all the ruined spots and removed the previous stain. They suggested a hickory which I was skeptical about but was a great choice. There were no surprises, excuses as to why it couldn't be done or any other things I had experienced. Renew Crew was fantastic to work with from start to finish on our backyard project. The wood around our deck was starting to become badly weathered. Renew Crew pressure washed/ restored the wood and applied protective finish over a 2-day project. Phil and Marcus were extremely responsive in answering all of our questions. The project had a quick turnaround time to book and our deck looks brand new! They even offered to temporarily put a fence panel back in place that fell down during a wind storm, free of charge. Excellent customer service and quality work. Highly recommend.
